Booking Management
At the heart of SiteManagerNow is the availability and booking calendar. This is the starting place for loading and managing online bookings including:
- View booking status, and availability at a glance
- Add / edit existing bookings
- View CPM inventory utilization
- Colour coded bookings status and CPM inventory sold indicators
- Rate card price, Impressions and Unique Browsers on mouseover
- View 1 – 6 months at a time
- Export to excel
- Category view – group similar ad locations i.e. sport, finance
Booking Entry
Bookings are easily managed from the availability calendar - simply click on the calendar to add or edit a booking. To help streamline the process and provide greater information
consistency users are able to use drop down menus to quickly pre-populate fields. In addition the system automatically looks up advertiser names and products, checks to see whether the
advertiser is entitled to any discounts, and can have the sale assigned to a specific sales person. Once bookings have been saved it is possible to send an editable system generated
confirmation email for one or more bookings. Advertiser contacts can be saved to the address book to streamline this process.
